TERMS & CONDITIONS

These prices are weekly and include air conditioning, cleaning of the apartment, clean bed linen and bathroom towels. Cleaning takes place on Saturdays before your arrival (around 9am).

If you are booking for 2 weeks or more and a cleaner and new linen are not required mid stay please let us know in advance.

You will find our prices are competitive and include no hidden extras!

It may be possible to arrange short breaks off-season at the owners discretion - please
e-mail to seek availability.

20% deposit required at time of booking and balance payable 8 weeks before you travel. If travel is within 8 weeks then full payment is necessary at time of booking.

We accept cheques or bank transfers. Details will be sent to you on confirmation of booking.

Refundable security deposit requested £100, paid with the balance and refunded after vacation of apartment and return of the keys.

CHANGEOVER DAY

Saturday is the normal changeover day unless otherwise arranged with the owner. Vacation of the room for cleaning is needed by 9.00am.

Check in time is 1pm.

Contact us using the methods outlined above stating the date or dates you would like to stay and we will endeavour to get back to you within the next 24 hrs, letting you know if these dates are available and if not, the weeks nearest to them each way that are.

Once dates are agreed we will send or email all information relating to payments, deposits and arrangements for keys etc.
